I’m dedicated to leading a compassionate and sustainable existence as a vegan. The best method to do this is by adopting a plant-based diet. We can improve our health, the environment, and the welfare of animals by choosing a diet free of animal products.

I favor a whole-food, plant-based diet (WFPB ). To improve my health, I must cut out processed and fast cuisine. The healthiest method to energize our bodies and fend off chronic diseases is to eat whole, unprocessed foods.
